“My Lord and my God, have mercy on me,” Thomas said to his Lord, “I have much longed to see you, and I shall announce your Good News in the world.”ܡܳܪܝ ܘܰܐܠܳܗܝ ܪܰܚܶܡܥܠܰܝ ܆ ܐܶܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܬܐܘܽܡܳܐ ܠܡܳܪܶܗ ܆ ܕܶܐܚܙܶܝܟ ܣܰܓܺܝ ܐܶܬܪܰܓܪܓܶܬ ܆ ܘܰܐܟܪܶܙ ܒܰܒܪܺܝܬܳܐ ܣܒܰܪܬܳܟ ܀
“I have said that You were my lord,” Thomas said to his Lord, ”heal me because I have sinned against You (Ps 41:5), and I shall announce your Good News in the world.”
ܐܶܢܳܐ ܐܶܡܪܶܬ ܕܰܐܢ̱ܬ ܗ̱ܘܽ ܡܳܪܝ ܆ ܐܶܡܰܪ ܠܶܗ ܬܐܘܽܡܳܐ ܠܡܳܪܶܗ ܆ ܘܰܐܣܳܢܝ ܡܶܛܽܠ ܕܰܚܛܺܝܬ ܠܳܟ ܆ ܘܰܐܟܪܶܙ ܒܰܒܪܺܝܬܳܐ ܣܒܰܪܬܳܟ ܀
God, You accepted, in Your mercies, the offering of the just of old, accept, in Your mercies, our offering and be pleased with our prayers.
